Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
We are looking for an energetic and customer/patient focused person to join our small and efficient team in providing efficient reception and administration support to our Imaging department.
In this role you can be the primary point of contact for Imaging Services up until the point the patient attends their appointment. As such we are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and is comfortable speaking directly with people, who understands the value of excellent customer service and has proven frontline customer service experience.
This is a permanent part time position working 52 hours per fortnight (0.65 FTE), covering four days between the hours of 10am - 5pm, there is flexibility in regards to hours worked daily and days of work, this will be discussed with the successful candidate.
Moū - About you
Our preferred candidate will also come to us with a strong administration background. Ideally you will have, well developed administrative and organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise your work, problem solve, and work under pressure. Use your initiative to de-escalate potentially difficult situations and have the ability to work unsupervised
