About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists to join our small and friendly Imaging Team for a motivated enthusiastic Sonographer.

Applicants must either be registered with the NZ Medical Radiation Technologists Board (MRTB), or be in the process of obtaining registration. For further information visit their website www.mrtboard.org.nz it is important to note we are a small hospital, and therefore we are unable to support applicants who require supervision in order to fulfil registration requirements.

This is a permanent position working 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE), actual hours of work to be negotiated.

About the Team/Service/ Location

About you

  • Registered or eligible for registration by the N.Z Medical Radiation Technologists Board to perform Ultrasound.
  • Solid ultrasound skills, particularly in obstetrics and gynaecology, abdominal, small parts sonography and MSK.
